Lena Bergendahl


Lena Bergendahl, (b 1982) is an artist currently based in Malmö, Sweden, working mainly with film and video installations. Her work often explores issues of perception and representation, optical illusions and the intersection between fiction and reality. She has a Master of Fine Arts from The Royal Institute of Art in Stockholm (2010). Her work has recently been shown at Supermarket Art Fair/Verkstad Konsthall (2016) in Stockholm and Galleri BOX (2014) in Gothenburg Sweden, at Center of Contemporary Art MARS (2015) in Moscow, Russia and at Eyebeam Art + Technology Center (2013), New York, USA. She is also the founder and member of the art and film production collective Crystal Beacon.
