Symposium – Translanguaging in and through Art at the Refugee Festival Scotland 2019

This event invites artists and culture-producers who engage with multilingualism in and through their work to a day of presentations and discussions about the role and representation of languages and translanguaging in contemporary art practice.

The day will start with a keynote contextualising the focus of the workshop, followed by a series of short presentations from participating artists, then lunch provided by Milk Café and time for Q&A, reflection, evaluation and networking, followed by the plenary, and more conversations over refreshments.
