workshop – exploring greater creative and critical exchange

Sharing methods of culture production in rural Scotland.

Devised by Michael Johnson in dialogue with Deirdre MacKenna and Brian Barker, the workshop will follow the previous evening’s webinar and reflect on the feedback from the primer-questions shared through social media which invited comments on culture production in Argyll and the Isles:

  • what has your professional development focused on in the past year?
  • what were the most useful creative and critical exchange that enabled you to progress?
  • how do you know that you’re progressing in your work?
  • how have others expressed that they value your creative or cultural work?
  • what does recognition and sustainability look like in your practice?

The event is part of the series Placemakers, a bespoke CHARTS network development programme supported by the Innovation School at Glasgow School of Art and Creative Scotland.

Please see this link to book your place on the event at Wednesday 04 November 2020, 7pm.
